Szacowanie standardowej niepewności złożonej pomiaru impedancji pętli zwarciowej wyznaczonej metodą z przesunięciem

W niniejszym artykule zaprezentowano wyniki szacowania standardowej niepewności złożonej pomiaru impedancji pętli zwarciowej wyznaczonej metodą z przesunięciem. Przeanalizowano wpływ niepewności rezystancji obciążenia pomiarowego, niepewności pomiaru napięć, niepewności pomiaru okresu oraz przesunięcia na dokładność pomiaru impedancji pętli zwarcia.

This article presents the results of the combined standard uncertainty of loop impedance determined by the shift method. The first step of the uncertainty analysis was to estimate the sensitivity of the shift method to main error sources: the load resistor R0, voltages measurement E and U, the period T and the shift measurement. The next step of the uncertainty analysis was to estimate the following variances: the load measurement resistor u2(R0),voltage measurement u2(E) and u2(U), the period measurement u2(T) and the shift measurement u2.
