W artykule przedstawiono problematykę bezpieczeństwa energetycznego w kontekście unijnej dyrektywy dotyczącej pakietu klimatyczno-energetycznego 3 × 20%. Dyrektywa ta zakłada między innymi ograniczenia w zużyciu energii i emisji dwutlenku węgla. To przełoży się, jak udowodniono, na wzrost cen energii. Wykazano również negatywny wpływ tej dyrektywy na wzrost gospodarczy. Istotne jest również to, że największe konsekwencje wprowadzenia tej dyrektywy odczuwać będzie Polska. This paper presents the problem of energy security in the context of the EU Directive concerning the energy and climate package 3 × 20%. The Directive assumes particulary other limitations in energy consumption and carbon emission. As proved this will translate into the increase in energy prices. It was also revealed the negative impact on this Directive on the economic growth. It is also important that Poland will feel the greates impact of the introduction this Directive into practice. This is due to the carvon structure of fuel and energy balance.
