W artykule opisano rolę i funkcje transportu, z podziałem na zewnętrzny i wewnętrzny. Dokonano jego charakterystyki i przedstawiono główne założenia. Szerzej opisano transport wewnętrzny, który był obiektem przeprowadzonych badań w obrębie tej tematyki. Zaprezentowano wybrane wyniki badań w małym przedsiębiorstwie produkcyjnym, ukazujące zalety i wady występującego w nim transportu wewnętrznego. W badaniach zastosowanymi narzędziami był wywiad osobisty oraz analiza przyczyn i wad metodą FMEA. Wywiad przeprowadzono z dyrektorem przedsiębiorstwa i jego pracownikami. Uzyskane odpowiedzi pozwoliły na skonstruowanie analizy przyczyn i wad występujących w przedsiębiorstwie. Narzędziem analizy była metoda FMEA, która ukazała błędy popełniane przez samych pracowników przedsiębiorstwa, jak i powstałe przez złe zarządzanie. W analizie FMEA zaproponowane zostały rozwiązania, które mają na celu uniknięcie występowania braków w formie działań naprawczych i zapobiegawczych, które powinno przedsiębiorstwo wprowadzić.
The article describes the role and functions of transport, divided into external and internal. Made its characteristics and presents the main assumptions. Further described internal transport, which was the object of the research within the subject. Presented selected results of a small manufacturing company, showing the advantages and disadvantages occurring in the internal transport. The study applied the tools was a personal history and analysis of the causes and disadvantages of using FMEA. The interview was conducted with the director of the company and its employees. The responses made it possible to construct and analyze the causes of defects occurring in the enterprise. Analysis tool was the FMEA method, which was released the same mistakes made by employees of the company and caused by bad management. Analysis the FMEA were proposed solutions that are intended to avoid the occurrence of defects in the form of corrective and preventive actions that should the company enter.
