Zaprezentowane zostały praktyczne procesy wraz z ich oceną oraz sformułowane wnioski uwzględniające ryzyka wynikające z niedokonania rzetelnej oceny statusu firmy przy przetwarzaniu danych osobowych.

The aim of the article is to present the possible statuses of a construction company in the process of personal data processing. Practical processes were presented along with their assessment and conclusions were formulated taking into account the risks resulting from failure to reliably assess the company’s status when processing personal data.
