W artykule omówiono problematykę związaną z procesem legalizacji samowoli budowlanej w obiektach zabytkowych, w świetle ustawy Prawo budowlane oraz ustawy o ochronie zabytków i opiece nad zabytkami. Wobec konieczności dla obiektów objętych ochroną konserwatorską stosowania obu ustaw zauważono problem z przeprowadzeniem procedury legalizacyjnej. The article discusses the issues related to the process of legalization of unauthorized construction in heritage buildings based on the Building Law and the Heritage Law. Given the necessity of applying both acts for buildings under conservation protection, a problem with conducting the legalization procedure was noted. The article presents possible legalization solutions together with the procedure and required documents, and also discusses a proposal for changes to the regulations in this area.
