Razrabotka i aprobacia metodyki testirovania serijnyh pogroznyh elektrokabelej s ucetom ossobennostej ekspluatacii skvazin OAO „Gazprom Neft’”

Предложена и апробирована методика испытаний, основанная на российских ГОСТ и стандартах API, и состоящая из восьми видов испытаний, проводимых до и после имитации скважинных термобарических условий. Методика позволила определить направление для более глубоких и подробных испытаний, наиболее актуальных параметров ПЭК. На основании обработки результатов первых сравнительных испытаний была разработана новая, конкретизированная методика, которая позволит определить граничные условия применимости ПЭК.

There is proposed and tested method of ESP cables testing, based on the Russian and API standards, and consisting of eight types of tests carried out before and after the simulation of downhole temperature and pressure conditions. The technique allowed us to determine the direction to a more profound and detailed tests of the most relevant parameters of ESP cables. On the basis of the processing results of the first comparative test was developed a new, customized methodology that will determine the applicability of the boundary conditions ESP cables.
