The method of exploitation load for research testing the electrical actuators

The article presents the method for generation of thermal and mechanical loads during the tests of the electrical actuators. The described method reflects the exploitation loads of the actuators used in active protection systems for increasing the level of the technical safety, including fire safety. Presented are the testing procedures to which actuators are submitted for certification purposes for application in the fire safety systems for desmoking and air feeding The model testing stand is presented and it consists of the climate chamber equipped with the loading system, the effectors of the tested actuators, performing linear or rotary movement, equipped with the control-measurement system, responsible for performing of the test procedures.

W artykule zaprezentowano metodę realizacji wymuszeń cieplnych i mechanicznych w trakcie badań siłowników elektrycznych. Opisana metoda odzwierciedla obciążania eksploatacyjne siłowników stosowanych w zabezpieczeniach czynnych poprawiających poziom bezpieczeństwa technicznego w tym przeciwpożarowego. Opisano procedury badań siłowników jakim muszą podlegać w celu uzyskania certyfikatu dopuszczającego do zastosowania w układach oddymiania i wentylacji systemów ppoż. Zaprezentowano modelowe stanowisko badawcze składające się z komory klimatycznej wyposażonej w układ obciążający organy wykonawcze testowanych siłowników realizujące ruch liniowy lub obrotowy.
