Charakterystyka wyprasek wytwarzanych w różnych warunkach wtryskiwania kaskadowego

W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań wpływu wybranych warunków wtryskiwania na grubość, długość, masę oraz gęstość wyprasek wytwarzanych metodą wtryskiwania kaskadowego. Uzyskano wypraski charakteryzujące się równomierną gęstością na całej długości. Wykazano wpływ warunków wtryskiwania na masę i wymiary wyprasek oraz brak ich wpływu na gęstość tworzywa w poszczególnych obszarach wypraski.

The paper presents the results of investigations on the influence of selected injection molding conditions on the thickness, length, weight and density of parts made by cascade injection molding. The obtained parts are characterized by uniform density throughout. The influence of injection molding conditions on the weight and dimensions of the molded parts and the lack of their impact on the density of the material in the various areas of the parts are shown.
