Opłaty w transporcie drogowym jako determinanta dostępu do infrastruktury transportowej

W artykule zostanie przeanalizowany dostęp do infrastruktury drogowej wraz z podziałem na sposoby poboru opłat. Na przykładzie wybranych krajów Europy przedstawione zostaną rodzaje opłat, które bezpośrednio wpływają na korzystanie z infrastruktury i zasilają system transportowy poszczególnych krajów. Omówione to zostanie na przykładzie zasad poborów opłat dla środków transportowych o dmc do 3,5 tony.

In the paper will be analyzed the access to road infrastructure together with divisions on the manners of levies charges. On the example of chosen European countries will be presented the types of fees that directly affect the use of infrastructure and supply the national transportation system. This will be discussed on the example of the levies charges principles for transportation means with permissible maximum weight up to 3.5 tonnes.
