Aktualne problemy ochrony konstrukcji żelbetowych zagrożonych karbonatyzacją betonu

Przedstawiono metodę ochrony przed korozją zbrojenia projektowanych konstrukcji żelbetowych narażonych na karbonatyzację betonu według prenormy FIB Model Code for Service Life Design. Model obliczeniowej głębokości karbonatyzacji ujmuje laboratoryjnie wyznaczoną odporność betonu na karbonatyzację oraz wpływy pielęgnacji w okresie dojrzewania, wilgotności betonu, stężenia CO2 w powietrzu oraz sytuacji pogodowych powodujących zamakanie powierzchni konstrukcji.

The method of corrosion protection of reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures exposed to carbonation of concrete according to the pre-code FIB Model Code for Service Life Design is presented. The design carbonation depth model takes into account the laboratory's determined resistance of concrete to carbonation and the effects of care during maturation, concrete moisture, CO2 concentration in the air and weather conditions that cause the structure surface to dampen.
