Optymalizacja czasu w metodzie wyznaczania harmonogramu realizacji punktowego obiektu infrastruktury transportowej

Przedstawiono problematykę wyznaczenia harmonogramu opartą na przykładzie budowy punktowego obiektu magazynowoprodukcyjnego. Opracowana metoda pozwala na wyznaczenie takiego harmonogramu realizacji obiektu (określenia kolejności wykonywania operacji technologicznych), dla którego funkcja kryterium (czas/koszt) jest optymalna. Przeprowadzone badania symulacyjne wykazały, że zastosowanie tej metody umożliwia jednoznaczny dobór zestawów transportowych (pojazdy) oraz zestawów środków technicznych (maszyny i zasoby ludzkie) do realizacji poszczególnych operacji technologicznych przy zadanym czasie/koszcie uwzględniającym założone ograniczenia.

The Project discusses the issue of determining a schedule based on the example of building the warehouse and the production object. The developed method allows to determine the construction schedule (define the order of technological operations) with the optimal function criterion (time / cost). The simulations have shown that this method allows an unambiguous selection of the means of transport (vehicles) and sets of technical resources (machinery and human resources) to implement the particular technological operations at a given time/cost, taking into account the established constraints.
