Analiza rozwoju sektora energetyki odnawialnej na przykładzie elektrowni wiatrowych

W artykule scharakteryzowano rynek energetyczny, korzystający z odnawialnych źródeł energii. Przedstawiono poziom rozwoju energetyki odnawialnej w wybranych państwach na świecie i w Europie. Zaprezentowano instytucje i formy pomocy publicznej wspierające rozwój energetyki wiatrowej poprzez programy celowe, dotacje i certyfikaty. Omówiono akty prawne promujące i zabezpieczające osiąganie zaplanowanego poziomu energii wytworzonej w elektrowniach wiatrowych. Scharakteryzowano wielkość i moc elektrowni wiatrowych zainstalowanych w Polsce oraz poziom wytwarzanej przez nie energii elektrycznej. Przedstawiono bariery rozwoju energetyki wiatrowej w aspekcie technicznym, ekonomicznym i ochrony przyrody.

The article describes the energy market that uses renewable energy sources. The author has presented the level of development of renewable energy in selected countries in Europe and in the world. This paper contains the description of institutions and forms of public assistance that support the development of the wind power industry through earmarked funds, donations and certificates. It also depicts legal acts that promote and secure achieving the planned level of energy produced by wind turbines. The article characterizes the size and power of wind turbines installed in Poland as well as the level of energy they produce. The author has also presented the barriers in the development of wind energy in technical, economical and environmental aspects.
