Procesy w organizacji : wprowadzenie do problematyki
Changes cause permanent search for new solutions improving the organisation functioning. Globalisation and competition enforce a growing pace of activities. This influences the organisation shape and work organisation. The relations between an organisation and its environment depend on its adaptation capabilities. Consequently, these relations greatly depend on the structure character and management model of a given organisation. The organisation’s fragmentary character is more frequently observed, which as a derivative of a functional structure complicates the task performance. Thus, a need arises to focus the organisations on their processes. These organisations that apply knowledge (know-how) and introduce changes should be governed taking into the consideration their future. If they are able to implement such an approach to management, they will be able to function effectively in a dynamic reality.
