Rozwój automatyki budowlanej. Cz.1

The article presents the evolution of Building Management Systems (BMS) and tasks they perform. The structure of an intelligent sensor and new standards of low power wireless technologies used in intelligent buildings are introduced. The idea of IoT and methods of efficient cloud-based collection of process data from the building automation system are considered. The synthesis of intelligent control algorithms for building systems using fuzzy logic and prediction are discussed. Advantages of using tools for modelling and simulating control algorithms developed by the authors and benefits of using IoT in intelligent buildings are characterized. The necessity of the integrated approach to structural design that would guarantee the construction of modern, comfortable and energy efficient buildings is pointed out.
