This paper consideres an important issue of load acting in the working space of crushers related to the shape of crushing plates. Loads generated by flat and notched crushing plates were measured on “Laboratory Blake type Crusher” experimental stand. Load distributions were obtained for specified plate zones. The results showed significant influence of the plates profile on the load distributions.
