The main aim of this study is to locate and define the essence of human resources in an organization, putting the attention in the specifies of management in the sector of small and middle companies in global competition. The main purpose of defining the meaning the human resources in micro companies and small and middle ones is to explain what their key value and their employs’ ability to achieve targets are. In this article, we try to assess what the role and location of employees are within an organization as a crucial company’s potential.
