Jedną z ról, jakie odgrywają kierownicy-osoby dozoru w swojej pracy zawodowej na różnych szczeblach zarządzania, jest rola informacyjna. Polega ona między innymi na zbieraniu i rozpowszechnianiu informacji, które są jednym ze źródeł władzy i podstawowym elementem planowania, organizowania, motywowania i kontrolowania. W artykule Autorki zaprezentowały - poprzez analizę literaturową i badania własne - miejsce i znaczenie osób dozoru-kierowników w systemie przepływu informacji w zarządzaniu.

One of the roles performed by executives and supervisory personnel in their work at various levels of management is the information role. It involves, inter alia, the collection and dissemination of information, which is one of the sources of authority and an essential element of planning, organizing, motivating and controlling. In this paper the authors presented - through the analysis of literature and their own research - the place and importance of supervisory staff and managers in the system of information flow in management.
