The article assesses the technical characteristics and strength parameters of yarns of staple fibers, designated through a tensile testing machine USTER TENSORAPID 4 of USTER TECHNOLOGIES A.G. It was found that the tensile testing machine installed in this software enables comprehensive analysis of quality yarns and other products in terms of strength, both in numerical and graphical. USTER TENSORAPID 4 is also compatible with quality nomograms USTER STATISTICS, as well as a USTER QUALIPROFILE tool for the direct evaluation of the quality of yarns.
