Jedną z metod pomiaru wysokiej próżni jest metoda z wykorzystaniem termoemisji elektronowej. Nowa metoda impulsowa daje możliwość redukcji desoprcji termicznej co umożliwia poprawę dokładności pomiaru. Przedstawiona metoda umożliwia dalsze skrócenie czasu pomiaru ciśnienia wysokiej próżni z użyciem jonizacji impulsowej.

One of method of measurement high vacuum pressure is the ionization which uses thermonic emission. New pulse ionization method give the reduction of thermal desorption and consequently give the better accuracy. Presented method has allowed further shortening of the pressure measurement of high vacuum using a pulse ionization.
