Bezpieczeństwo ekonomiczne organizacji gospodarczych a koncepcje przedsiębiorczości

Entrepreneurial behavior are both a determinant and result of the entrepreneurial attitudes – however, entrepreneurial behavior are easier to be developed actively in an organizational environment than entrepreneurial attitudes. There can be observed a differentiated approach to defining and interpreting the categories of an entrepreneur and entrepreneurship in scientific literature, what determines a lack of precision in a terminology. However, a broad spectrum of definitions supports identification of the elements of the economic security concept in enterprises – on the base of an analysis of entrepreneurial behavior. A particular role, in terms of creating an economic security, plays the intrapreneurship, which is responsible for stimulating the inherent potential in a business unit primarily.
