The paper discusses the conditions of functioning of the teletransmission and teleinformatic structures as regards the forecasting functions of electric power Smart Grid networks. In particular, special attention is paid to the efficiency, reliability and safety of such networks and their vulnerability to the attacks resulting from the convergence of ICT services.
