Analysis of a logistics support system in a phase of products exploitation - in the example of Nashuatec office equipment

In the article the logistics support system of Nashuatec's office equipment has been presented. The author focuses on goods transfer, therefore the Ricoh logistics supply chain has been defined. The product life-cycle has been the starting point of the consideration. It has led to the definition of the structure of logistics support system, which has been made use by NRG Group. This study also describes the way the physical and informational flows has been organised. Finally, the characterization of products exploitation phase has been explained.
