In the article a new technology of production of foamed concrete at the construction site and the possibilities of using it to build simple structures for the night shelters and houses for the homeless are discussed. Technical characteristics of foamed concrete for an effective, low-cost and rapid implementation of the tasks of social housing are analysed.
