Zmiana modelu geologiczno-złożowego w wyniku zastosowania nowej metodyki interpretacji danych sejsmicznych i otworowych na przykładzie rejonu złoża gazu ziemnego Żołynia (zapadlisko przedkarpackie)

W referacie przedstawiono historię odkrywania akumulacji gazu w rejonie Żołyni oraz jej współczesny etap, w którym odkryto złoża Chałupki Dębniańskie, Grodzisko Dolne oraz głębokie horyzonty gazowe na wschodnim elemencie złoża Żołynia. Przedstawiono perspektywy poszukiwań w kontekście wyników badań sedymentologicznych oraz strukturalnych.

The history of the exploration in the Żołynia area and the recent discoveries (Chałupki Dębniańskie and Grodzisko Dolne gas fields) were presented in that paper. The Żołynia-74 well was presented in details as the most important latest well in the area, which penetrated the gas-bearing sandstone horizons in the deep part of the Sarmatian profile. According the results of the sedimentological and structural interpretations the lower part of the sedimentary profile has very high gas potential in the central part of the shallow Żołynia gas field.
