W artykule przedstawione zostały założenia, determinanty i kryteria oceny przyjęte do budowy Strategii Wdrażania Interoperacyjności. Wskazano przesłanki tworzenia takiej strategii z uwzględnieniem problematyki ograniczeń oraz dynamiki zmian w zakresie realizowanych kolejowych inwestycji infrastrukturalnych.

The article presents the assumptions, determinants, and evaluation criteria adopted in the interoperability implementation strategy as well as the reasons for creating this strategy with regard to the issue of constraints and the dynamics of changes in the scope of rail infrastructure investments.
