Badanie wpływu temperatury na charakterystyki fotoogniw

W pracy przedstawiono stanowisko do pomiaru charakterystyk fotoogniw oraz model fotoogniwa dla programu SPICE. Poprawność opisanego modelu oraz użyteczność stanowiska pomiarowego zweryfikowano doświadczalnie dla wybranych ogniw monokrystalicznych i polikrystalicznych.

In this paper the measurement set to measure dc characteristics of solar cells and the model of solar cells for SPICE are presented. The correctness of this model and the usefulness of the measurement set were verified experimentally for selected monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar cells.
