Minimalizacja pracy transportowej wykonywanej przez firmy kurierskie

This article presents organization of courier companies and consignments flows. The consignments flows can be optimized in order to reduce freight transportation quantity and operating costs. Some courier companies realized, that optimization of consignments flows is a competitive edge, whereas others courier companies neglect this issue. Moreover optimization methods, which are used in operational research, were presented or mentioned.
