Procesy logistyczne wspierają procesy podstawowe przedsiębiorstwa i podlegają doskonaleniu . Doskonalenie procesów logistycznych może mieć charakter bieżących usprawnień i/lub poważnych zmian. Te ostatnie są wprowadzane za pomocą projektów. W konsekwencji w doskonaleniu procesów logistycznych przedsiębiorstwa mogą być zastosowane równocześnie koncepcje zarządzania projektami, zarządzania procesami oraz zarządzania jakością. Wskazane jest ich łączne wykorzystanie, co w praktyce napotyka na różnego rodzaju ograniczenia i bariery. W artykule zaprezentowane zostaną przejawy i skutki braku koordynacji tych koncepcji w doskonaleniu procesów logistycznych przedsiębiorstwa oraz możliwe sposoby przeciwdziałania temu. Artykuł ma charakter teoretyczno-metodyczny, a do jego przygotowania wykorzystano metodę krytycznej analizy literatury przedmiotu.

Logistics processes support the basic business processes and they are subject to improvement. Improving logistics processes can have the character of ongoing improvements and/or major changes. The last ones are introduced with the help of the projects. Consequently in the improvement of logistics business processes at the same time the concepts of project management, process management and quality management can be used. It is indicated to use them combined which in practice encounters all sorts of restrictions and barriers. This article will present the symptoms and consequences of a lack of these concepts coordination in the logistic business processes improvement and the possible ways to prevent this. The article has a theoretical-methodological character and its preparation has been based on the critical analysis of the subject literature method.
