Krajowy System Bezpieczeństwa Morskiego (KSBM) jako infrastruktura techniczna narodowego systemu SafeSeaNet

Polska administracja morska, wdrażając przepisy prawne Unii Europejskiej na temat systemu monitorowania statków i przekazywania informacji (VTMIS) oraz formalności sprawozdawczych statków, oddaje aktualnie do eksploatacji krajowy system bezpieczeństwa morskiego (KSBM) tworzący infrastrukturę techniczną narodowego systemu SafeSeaNet. Artykuł prezentuje elementy składowe systemu: sensory, bazy danych i infrastrukturę telekomunikacyjną, a także zasady rejestracji użytkowników oraz przesyłania i wymiany informacji.

Polish maritime administration, implementing the regulations of the European Union on Vessel Traffic Monitoring and Information System (VTMIS) and ships reporting formalities, currently forwards into operation National Maritime Safety System (KSBM) forming the technical infrastructure of the national SafeSeaNet. The article presents the components of the system: sensors, databases and telecommunication infrastructure, as well as the rules for the registration of users and the transmission and exchange of information.
