Purpose: the article attempts to present topics related to quality management and systematize possible future trends in the area of the issue discussed. Moreover, the article indicates the best quality practices used in enterprises. Design/methodology/approach: the presented considerations and the analysis carried out allowed for the identification of possible changes in the subject of quality management in organizations. Findings: the article presents the essence of quality management and the most possible directions of changes in this area. Additionally, the article points to the importance of a comprehensive approach to quality management and attention to meeting all requirements set for the organization.
