Ocena wytrzymałości obliczeniowej dawnych stali na podstawie pomiarów twardości Brinella

Przedstawiono metodologię badań oraz statystyczną identyfikację parametrów wytrzymałościowych stali na podstawie pomiarów jej twardości Brinella. Wykonane badania dotyczyły czterech stalowych wież oświetleniowych o identycznej konstrukcji, które zaprojektowano w latach siedemdziesiątych XX wieku. Zaproponowano sposób oceny wytrzymałości obliczeniowej dawnych stali, który można stosować w obliczeniach nośności konstrukcji, wykonywanej według PN-EN 1993.

The following article presents the methodology of investigation and identification of steel strength resistance based on statistical analysis of the Brinell hardness measurements. The research concerned four steel lighting towers located in sports stadium. The lighting towers were designed in the 70s of the 20th century and their design documentation has not been saved. According to this fact, appropriate method for the old steel strength evaluation calculation, according to PN-EN 1993 codes was offered.
