Technologie informacyjne determinantą innowacyjności – aktualny model organizacji

W artykule opisano, czym są modele organizacji, oraz wskazano ich znaczenie podczas przeprowadzania analizy organizacji. Opisano trzy modele organizacji: diament Leavitta, model Krzyżanowskiego oraz model 7S. Wskazano wadę modeli – nieuwzględnienie technologii informacyjnych jako jednego z elementów organizacji. Uzasadniono, że technologie te są obecnie jednym z kluczowych czynników budujących przewagę konkurencyjną organizacji oraz determinantą ich innowacyjności. Zaproponowano uaktualniony model 7S; uwzględniono w nim technologie informacyjne jako jeden z elementów modelu.

The article describes organization models and indicates their importance in the analysis of the organization. Describes three models of organization: the Leavitts’ diamond, the Krzyzanowski model and the 7S model. Describes weakness of models - not including the information technology as part of the organization. These technologies are currently one of the key factors in building a competitive advantage of the organization and determinant of organizational innovation. Proposes an updated model 7S - taking into account the information technology as one of elements of the model.
