Stan techniczny stalowego zbiornika o pojemności 570 m3 w świetle badań nieniszczących

Badania są konieczne przy analizowaniu stanu technicznego konstrukcji eksploatowanej przez czas dłuższy. Omówione w artykule badania nieniszczące in situ, elementów stalowych i żelbetowych zbiornika magazynującego kwas siarkowy pozwoliły: – oszacować aktualne właściwości materiałów oraz ich stopień degradacji i korozji, – określić stan graniczny bezpiecznej użytkowalności konstrukcji, – wyjaśnić przyczyny wzmożonej korozji płaszcza zbiornika cylindrycznego, – przyjąć optymalny sposób restytucji podstawy słupa podpierającego dno zbiornika.

Studies are needed and necessary for analyzing the technical condition of the structure operated for a long time. Discussed in this paper non-destructive testing of steel and reinforced concrete storage of the tank sulfuric acid allowed: – estimate the actual properties of materials and their degree of degradation and corrosion, – determine safe serviceability limit states design, – explain the reasons for increased corrosion of tank shell, – take optimal restitution base of pillar supporting the bottom of the tank.
