Metoda certyfikowania skanera 3D

W artykule przedstawiono procedurę weryfikacji dokładności pomiarowej skanera 3D według zaleceń niemieckiego PTB zgodnie z normą VDI/VDE 2634. Omówiono rodzaje błędów, które są wyznaczane podczas weryfikacji oraz metodę ich wyznaczania. Zaprezentowano wzorce geometryczne służące do sprawdzania odchyłki płaskości i sferyczności oraz obliczania błędu długości skanera 3D. Dodatkowo wyjaśniono powody przeprowadzania certyfikacji dokładności skanera 3D.

The article explains procedure of verification of the measuring accuracy of 3D scanners, according to recommendations of German PTB with VDI/VDE 2634 standard specification. Described are types of errors identified during verification process and the method of their identification. Also shown are geometrical standards used to check deviations in flat and sphere surface shapes and the method to estimate the length dimension error of a 3D scanner. Additionally it is explained why accuracy of 3D scanners must be certified.
