Porównanie właściwości czasowych wybranych rozwiązań Ethernetu przemysłowego
W artykule przedstawiono klasyfikacje rozwiązań Ethernetu przemysłowego. Przedstawiono strukturę ramki komunikacyjnej dla EtherCAT i PROFINET IRT. Zaprezentowano sposób wyznaczania czasu cyklu dla EtherCAT i PROFINET IRT.
The paper presents classification of solutions for the Industrial Ethernet according to the obtained response time. There is presented the method of the carrier access together with the structure of a communication frame for EtherCAT and PROFINET IRT. The paper describes how to determine the cycle time, the cycle efficiency coefficient and the hardware delay coefficient of the cycle for EtherCAT and PROFINET IRT. The results presented in the paper concern example systems. In the first system the number of bytes sent to and received from the node was fixed and was set as 16, the number of nodes was variable from 1 to 50 with the step equal to 1. In the second system the number of nodes was also fixed as 50, while the numbers of bytes sent to and received was increasing from 10 to 500 with the step of 10. For every system there was an assumption of using EtherCAT and PROFINET IRT and the cycle time, the cycle efficiency coefficient and the hardware delay coefficient results were obtained by means of simulation. The selected results of the research are shown in Figs. 4-7.
