Conditions and requirements in road transport of vegetables as an element of proper logistics flow of products

The paper presents the conditions of road transport in the form of perishable vegetables. Characterized factors determining the quality of fresh vegetables during transport. The state the conditions and methods of temperature control during transport vegetables was determined. In addition, the temperature is entered during loading and transport for selected types of fresh vegetables. There have been characteristic of modern assistive devices appropriate flow of raw material from the producer to the consumer.

W pracy przedstawiono najistotniejsze czynniki warunkujące prawidłowości procesu drogowego transportu towarów łatwopsujących się w postaci warzyw. Scharakteryzowano czynniki warunkujące cechy jakościowe świeżych warzyw podczas ich przewozu. Ponadto wskazano warunki i metody kontroli temperatur podczas transportu tego rodzaju produktów. Dodatkowo zaprezentowano optymalne temperatury podczas załadunku i transportu dla wybranych rodzajów świeżych warzyw. Dokonano charakterystyki nowoczesnych urządzeń wspomagających odpowiedni przepływ surowca od producenta do konsumenta.
