Badania oporów przeginania taśmy przenośnikowej na bębnie - zagadnienia wybrane

W artykule przedstawiono zastosowania przenośników taśmowych, w przypadku których istotną część całkowitych oporów ruchu stanowią opory przeginania taśmy przenośnikowej na bębnach. Zaprezentowano stosowane dotąd metody empiryczne do wyznaczania oporów przeginania taśmy przenośnikowej na bębnie. Przedstawiono budowę stanowiska umożliwiającego pomiar oporu przeginania taśmy przenośnikowej na bębnie w skali laboratoryjnej oraz zaproponowano autorską metodykę prowadzenia badań eksperymentalnych w tym zakresie.

This paper presents the use of conveyor belts in a case where a significant portion of the total resistance to motion constitutes the resistance to bending of the conveyor belt on the drums. The empirical methods used by now to determine the resistance to bending of the conveyor belt on the drum were presented. The construction of the stand enabling the measurement of the resistance to bending of the conveyor belt on the drum in a laboratory scale was presented and the original methodology of carrying out of experimental research in this area was suggested.
