Przegląd możliwości diagnozowania obiektów technicznych ze względu na zmęczeniowe pękanie

Celem badań diagnostycznych jest określenie stanu obiektu technicznego lub procesu w chwili uznanej za ważną. Określenie to jest potrzebne, aby przez porównanie stanu chwilowego ze stanem wzorcowym wydać orzeczenie o stanie zdatności lub niezdatności obiektu technicznego, a także dokonać prognozy przyszłych stanów obiektu. W prezentowanej pracy przedstawione zostały jedynie wybrane zagadnienia z szerokiego obszaru techniki diagnozowania na tle wyników badań procesu zmęczenia materiałów i zmęczeniowego pękania konstrukcji. W opracowaniu ograniczono się do opisu metod określania stanu obiektów, pomijając ważny w diagnostyce problem prognozowania stanów przyszłych.

The purpose of diagnostic tests is to determine the condition of a technical object or process at a time considered important. This determination is necessary in order to issue a decision on the suitability or unfitness of a technical object by comparing the momentary state with the model state, and to make a forecast of future states of the object. The paper presents only selected issues from a wide range of diagnostic techniques against the background of material fatigue and structural fatigue cracking results. The review is limited to the description of methods of determining the condition of objects, omitting the important problem of forecasting future states in diagnostics.
