Błędy wykonywania izolacji przeciwwilgociowych w nowych budynkach

W artykule zebrano i omówiono najczęściej popełniane błędy podczas wykonywania izolacji przeciwwilgociowych przegród zewnętrznych stykających się z gruntem w nowo wznoszonych budynkach. Zaliczono do nich m.in. brak lub niezgodne z projektem wykonanie izolacji pionowej i poziomej, ułożenie izolacji na niewłaściwie przygotowanym podłożu, przy zbyt niskiej temperaturze otoczenia, o zbyt małej grubości oraz nieprawidłowe uszczelnienie przerw dylatacyjnych i przejść instalacyjnych. Wskazano przyczyny występowania tych błędów. Niektóre z nich zilustrowano przykładami i wzbogacono rysunkami przedstawiającymi poprawne rozwiązania.

This paper collects and discusses the most common errors in the execution of the damp insulations of envelope components in newly erected buildings, being in contact with the ground. The errors include: the lack of damp insulation, the vertical and horizontal damp-proof courses not conforming to the design, the insulation laid on an improperly prepared base, the insulation laid at a too low ambient temperature, the insulation is not thick enough, the expansion gaps and the service penetrations are improperly sealed, etc. The causes of the errors are indicated and some of them are illustrated with examples. Figures showing correct solutions are included.
