Normalizacyjne aspekty jakości w transporcie

Celem artykułu jest usystematyzowanie wiedzy na temat jakości w branży transportowej oraz wykorzystania wybranych norm w realizacji procesów transportowych. Wyspecyfikowano normy związane z jakością w transporcie, podając ich dodatkowe wymagania. Przedstawiono przykład praktyczny zastosowania wybranych norm w odniesieniu do transportu pasażerów. Uwagę skupiono na przykładowych charakterystykach jakości w tym obszarze. Przywołując stosowną literaturę krajową i zagraniczną, w tym normy, omówiono pojęcie jakości w transporcie i jej wpływ na doskonalenie realizowanych procesów transportowych. W podsumowaniu artykułu wskazano obszary naukowe, w których zaprezentowane normalizacyjne aspekty jakości w transporcie mogą być wykorzystane. W pracy nad artykułem wykorzystano metodologię badawczą opartą na dedukcji, indukcji, analizie i syntezie systemowej, w tym wnioskowaniu.

The aim of the article is to systematize knowledge about quality in the transport industry and the use of selected standards in the implementation of transport processes. Quality-related standards in transport have been specified also quoting their additional requirements. A practical example of the application of selected standards with regard to passenger transport has been presented. Attention was focused on exemplary quality characteristics in this area. Recalling the relevant domestic and foreign literature, including standards, the concept of quality in transport and its impact on the improvement of transport processes have been discussed. To sum up the article, the areas of science in which the presented normalization aspects of transport quality can be used. The work on the article involved a research methodology based on deduction, induction, analysis and system synthesis, including inference.
