The need of the analysis innovation in the field of strategic, as a process that should have been incorporated in the enterprise policy of the organization. Furthermore, it describes the importance of innovation in strategic management and presents the results of empirical studies that point to the role of innovation in the process of implementing the strategy of the organization.
