Zasady implementacji metadanych w INSPIRE

Artykuł zawiera ogólna charakterystykę zasad wdrażania metadanych w INSPIRE. Problematyka implementacji metadanych w europejskiej infrastrukturze informacji przestrzennej została przedstawiona w szerszym kontekście, a mianowicie na tle ogólnych założeń projektu INSPIRE oraz działań polskich zmierzających do utworzenia metadanych oraz usług katalogowych umożliwiających wyszukanie interesujących użytkownika zasobów danych przestrzennych. Pokrótce przedstawiono równie rozwiązania normatywne w zakresie tworzenia i udostępniania metadanych.

The paper gives a general overview of INSPIRE Metadata Implementing Rules. The implementing issues of metadata within the Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community is addressed in broader context, namely against a background of general principles of INSPIRE, as well as Polish activity driving at establishing metadata system and catalogue services, allowing the discovery and access to spatial data.
