Investigativus of the optimization of the recovery processes of arsenic from solid

The paper presents the investigativus on the separation of arsenic from solid materials in which it occurs in the form of compounds with copper. A process has been proposed which will make arsenic pass into a solution. The process includes several technological stages, with oxidation as the most important stage. For the purpose of the optimisation of this process a design matrix of an experiment of 24 type has been prepared, and the investigations resulting from this matńx were carried out. The optimal values of the four basic parameters of the process have been determined and the tests carried out for the determined optimal conditions have proved that it is possible to transfer 97% of arsenic from the exarnined material to a solution.

Praca przedstawia badania nad odzyskiwaniem arsenu ze stałych materiałów, w których występuje w postaci związków z miedzią. Zaproponowano proces przeprowadzenia arsenu do roztworu, który składa się z szeregu etapów technologicznych, z których najważniejszym okazało się utlenianie. Dla optymalizacji tego procesu wyznaczono macierz planowania eksperymentu typu 24 i wykonano - wynikającą z niej - ilość badań. Wyznaczono optymalne wielkości czterech podstawowych parametrów procesu, a wykonane badania sprawdzające - dla wyznaczonych warunków optymalnych - potwierdziły, że można przeprowadzić arsen z badanego materiału do roztworu w ilości 97%.
