Artykuł dotyczy tematyki zamówień publicznych, ich innowacyjności oraz zasad oceny ofert. W pracy przedstawiono strukturę wielokryterialną oceny ofert zamówień publicznych na autobusy niskopodłogowe oraz model oceny ofert w dwóch wariantach: dla rzeczywistych wartości ocen oraz dla ocen ofert wyrażonych z niepewnością przez członków komisji przetargowej, dokonującej oceny ofert.
The article concerns the subject of public procurement, the innovation and the principles of evaluation of tenders. The paper presents the structure of multicriterial evaluation of tenders for public procurement low-floor buses and the model of evaluation of tenders in two variants: the actual value assessments and ratings for tenders expressed with uncertainty by the members of the tender committee, making the evaluation of tenders.
