Oddziaływanie termiczne półprzewodnikowych źródeł światła dużej mocy

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań pola temperaturowego wybranych modułów LED dużej mocy. Analizę termiczną wykonano dla kilku wybranych modułów, zainstalowanych na płycie aluminiowej o różnej pojemności cieplnej pełniącej rolę radiatora. Wyznaczono rozkład pola temperaturowego wokół pojedynczego modułu, jak również wokół kilku, sąsiadujących ze sobą modułów zainstalowanych na płycie aluminiowej. Celem badań było określenie termicznych warunków pracy wybranych modułów LED dużej mocy. Pomiary wykonane zostały przy pomocy kamery termowizyjnej.

The article presents the results of research of the temperature field of the selected high power LED modules. Thermal analysis was performed for several selected modules, installed on the aluminium plate of various heat capacity acting as the heat sink. The distribution of the temperature field around a single module was set, as well as around several neighbouring modules installed on the aluminium plate. The objective of the research was to determine thermal work conditions of the selected high power LED modules. The measurements were made using the infrared camera.
