Selected Problems of Ecology in Agriculture
Poland has a chance to make its agriculture ecological quickly and effectively. Especially the north-eastern part of the country displays particular pro-ecological environmental factors and as a consequence production of the healthy food is concentrated there. The European Community markets exhibit considerable demand for ecological food, but the domestic ecological food production is still insufficient and agricultural workforce is deficient. Thus Poland should undertake action to export healthy food to the EC. The author suggest establishing the organizations, which would work on optimal concentration of healthy food production. There has to be radical institutional reorganization of healthy food demand and sale, according to needs of the European Community markets.
