Synthesis of highly effective VLSI-structures for use in real-time digital signal processing

In this article we have presented the development principles, ways to improve effectiveness, and methodology to synthesize VLSI structures to be used for the real-time calculation of basic operations of fast orthogonal trigonometric transformation algorithms with a highly effective hardware usage.
