Podano przykład, który wskazuje, że taka sytuacja prowadzi do nadmiernego wzrostu ryzyka, opóźnień i dodatkowych kosztów inwestycji.

The role of quality and a proper scope of soil investigation is not appreciated even in difficult soil conditions. The same with the needs of their staging with the progress of design and implementation of specialized geotechnical works and with conducting constant geotechnical supervision. Example given in the article shows that the ad hoc expert support not entirely fulfills its role. Such a situation leads to an excessive increase in the risk, to delays and to additional expenses associated with the investment.
