Being persons inside the vehicle during the accident are being protected with car body of the car which is reducing the possibility of sustaining injuries arising at inducing collision with other participants of the road traffic and elements of the infrastructure of the road. Users of the vehicle as a result of road traffic accidents will experience the team of characteristic injuries incurred as a result of the strong and violent blowagainst elements of the inside of the vehicle, if these persons weren't done up into a seat belt.In particular they are these are injuries of the head, the spine and the chest. Persons done up into a seat belt can also sustain injuries, and calculations are of help in delays to an inertia of persons having an influence on bodies being inside the vehicle in analysis of the mechanism of the occurrence of these injuries during the collision.In the article classification of collisions and the problem of the compatibility of vehicles were presented. The analysed problem was presented relating to characteristics of injuries of users mentioned above of the vehicle along with the value engineering of delays having an influence inertiae at applying the V-SIM 3 simulation program. The article is presenting elements for applying the culture of the road traffic consisting in using seat belts for reducing effects of road traffic accidents in information campaigns in the forming.
