Zaproponowano czterostopniową skalę oceny stanu technicznego transformatorów energetycznych: normalny, ostrzegawczy, alarmowy i awaryjny. Klasyfikacja oceny stanu technicznego jest wskaźnikiem do dalszych działań. Przedstawiono efektywny i bezawaryjny układ diagnostyki on-line, który zaaplikowano już na kilkudziesięciu transformatorach w krajowej energetyce. Potwierdzono przydatność i korzyści jego stosowania. Zaproponowano zorganizowanie Krajowego Ośrodka Wspierania Rozwoju Energetyki.

A four-level scale for assessing the technical condition of power transformers was proposed: normal, warning, alarm and emergency. The classification of the technical condition assessment is an indicator for further actions. An effective and failure-free on-line diagnostic system was presented, which has already been applied to several dozen transformers in the domestic power industry. The usefulness and benefits of its use were confirmed. It was proposed to organize a National Center for Supporting the Development of Energy.
